In the U.S., 80% of workers feel stress in their current jobs, nearly half say they need help in learning how to manage stress and 42% say their coworkers need such help [1]. In Europe, 3 out of 4 people suffering from major depression do not receive the adequate treatment, and 27% of the adult population has experienced at least one of a series of mental disorders in the past year (this included problems arising from substance use, psychoses, depression, anxiety, and eating disorders) [2].

In the modern world, the continuous pursuit of recognition, competition and consumerism creates inner emptiness requiring a search for an improved inner self and life balance.
