You indemnify AML against any and all third party claims, based upon any alleged infringement of such third party rights in relation to the content.

3.5.1 We collect generic information through applications, including mobile applications or widgets.

3.6 Surveys:

3.6.1 From time to time, we may conduct surveys or solicit your feedback. These surveys are used to gather information to improve our sites and provide a more meaningful experience for our users. We may also use the information to alert you to offers and products in which you have expressed an interest.

4. COMMUNICATIONS

AML reserves the right to communicate with you from time to time about important administrative, policy, legal, credit card, and billing matters, which will affect your use of our ameaningfullifeaml.com web site, including any alleged violations of the applicable web site Terms and Conditions. 5. GOOGLE ANALYTICS & SQUARESPACE ANALYTICS

5.1 This website is using Google Analytics & Squarespace Analytics, web analysis services of Google Inc. (“Google”) and Squarespace Inc (“Squarespace”). The use includes the “Universal Analytics” operating mode. This makes it possible to assign data, sessions and interactions across multiple devices to a pseudonymous user ID and thus analyze a user’s activities across devices.

5.2 Google Analytics & Squarespace Analytics use cookies. The information generated by the cookies relating to your use of this website is usually transferred to a Google or Squarespace server in the USA and stored there. However, if IP anonymization is activated on this website, Google and Squarespace will reduce your IP address within Member States of the European Union or in other states party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area beforehand. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google or Squarespace server in the USA and shortened there. On this website Google Analytics and Squarespace Analytics have been extended to include IP anonymization in order to ensure anonymous collection of IP addresses. The IP address transmitted by your browser in the context of Google or Squarespace Analytics is not merged with other Google or Squarespace data. 5.3 On behalf of our Website operator, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide our Website operator with other services related to website and Internet use.

5.4 The data sent to us and linked to cookies are automatically deleted after 14 months. Data whose retention period has been reached is automatically deleted once a month.

6. FACEBOOK

6.1 As advertisers on Facebook and through our Facebook page, we, (not Facebook) may collect content or information from a Facebook user and such information may be used in the same manner specified in this Privacy Policy. You consent to our collection of such information.

6.2 We abide by Facebook’s Data Use Restrictions:

Any ad data collected, received or derived from our Facebook ad (“Facebook advertising data”) is only shared with someone acting on our behalf, such as our service provider. We are responsible for ensuring that our service providers protect any Facebook advertising data or any other information obtained from us, limit our use of all of that information, and keep it confidential and secure.

6.3 We do not use Facebook advertising data for any purpose (including retargeting, commingling data across multiple advertisers’ campaigns, or allowing piggybacking or redirecting with tags), except on an aggregate and anonymous basis (unless authorized by Facebook) and only to assess the performance and effectiveness of our Facebook advertising campaigns.

6.4 We do not use Facebook advertising data, including the targeting criteria for a Facebook ad, to build, append to, edit, influence, or augment user profiles, including profiles associated with any mobile device identifier or other unique identifier that identifies any particular user, browser, computer or device.

6.5 We do not transfer any Facebook advertising data (including anonymous, aggregate, or derived data) to any ad network, ad exchange, data broker or other advertising or monetization related service.

Every communication AML sends you will contain a clearly worded “Opt-Out” or “Unsubscribe” link allowing you to withdraw your permission for future mailings. Permission changes will be honored as soon as possible after receipt. Please allow five to seven days for processing. Permission changes will however not affect any information that you provided to us.

We do not track our users and visitors over time and across third party web sites to provide targeted advertising. Consequently, we do not respond to Do Not Track (DNT) signals. Other third party web sites may keep track of your browsing activities when they provide you with content, which enables them to customize what they present to you on their web sites.
